Platelet Rich Fibrin

We take a sample of blood from the patient’s arm to separate out the platelets, concentrated growth factors, platelet poor plasma and other factors that aid in healing. We use the concentrated growth factors to infuse the surgery site to enhance the healing.  This allows healing to occur at a faster rate with less post-op pain and reduced recovery time. We have been using this technique for over 15 years and find that patients have great results.

Click below to see our video on how we use PRF. Thank you to our patient for allowing us to demonstrate how we can use your own platelets and growth factors to help optimize healing during dental surgery.
