NewTom
9000
The NewTom
9000 is a highly advanced, state-of-the-art
tomograph machine that allows dentists
to record from all angles images of
a patient's mouth and teeth. It is
built like and functions quite similarly
to equipment used for cat scans--patients
are entered into a scanning cavity,
where images are taken in a relatively
short span of time. The resulting
"pictures" are of high resolution
and are meticulously detailed.
